CNN: Russia investigation going so badly that investigators are buying insurance

The probe is going so bad that people involved in the Russia investigation are buying insurance to protect themselves from lawsuits from those being investigated.
Take this with a grain of salt as we know CNN is fake news.

1) This doesn't help them. They buried it at the bottom of a HUGE article.
2) They do this so that when it goes south publicly they can honestly say they had reported it was not going well beforehand. Just standard CYA tactics.

Well, I mean..........insurance against lawsuits brought by people you're investigating wouldn't be very necessary if you actually get convictions.
