So they're saying Mexico didn't want Trump to get credit, because of the timing and all. So they waited this long because they respect Obama so much?

CNN - I don't follow their logic. Personally, I think Mexico is giving him up as a peace offering to Trump. They have no reason to blow Obama on the way out.
