Wow CNN/Dems/Libs/SWJ - so that is what it looks like to compromise on a bill!! They will all have some flaws but need to move this country in the right direction.

So the EU, bernie sanders, and numberous international policy experts are allowed to say the bill was flawed, but the president of the united states can't?

I would use the term unconstitutional in some aspects of the bill.

He had no veto power with this bill. Sign it and then challenge it in court.
It is the smart play because he can always fall back on actually signing it so people can't use it against him.

wtf are you talking about...he signed it because it passed 419-3, aka a veto proof majority, he had no option otherwise regardless of what he thought of the bill.
the only reason he said 'flawed' was because it hurt Russia, which Trump actually cares more about than the USofA

Congress can't enforce the bill. Only Trump can and it's a good bet he won't do diddly shite with it.
It's gonna be fun when Congress eventually sues Trump over lack of enforcement and SCOTUS rules the measure requiring Congressional approval to lift sanctions is illegal.

I guess you are another who didn't read his signing statement or understand the tradition of Presidential signing statements and their impact on whether laws actually get enforced.
