CIA UMBRAGE Program and the Hacking of the DNC

I've been busy but I read about the recent Wikileaks revelation that the CIA can make hacks look like they come from other nations.
If the CIA and the intelligence community despises Trump and wanted Hillary to win to continue the MIC warmongering, why would they hack her data and release it, regardless of if they could make it look like the Russians or not?
I don't understand that logic.

But why even open that can of worms? Trump had plenty of negatives to harp on without that allegation.
And besides, most of the attention was on Clinton and her emails. I don't remember the Trump is a Russian stuff coming up until more recently. There were rumblings with Manafort and Carter Page, but it makes no sense from a risk/reward calculation.

I doubt it. I think some other actor hacked the DNC (it could have been Russia as is claimed). However, I don't think Trump had anything whatsoever to do with it.

Here's how I see it: Whistleblower in DNC (Seth Rich) gets info and gives it to Wikileaks. Before wikileaks releases it, the CIA gets wind of the theft and hacks the DNC using umbradge to pin it on Russia. They then kill the whistleblower. That allows the DNC to blame the info release on Russian hackers rather than an insider. They then use that Russian connection to undermine the Trump candidacy by tying him to the leaks through conjecture.
The Obama regime then uses the umbradge ties to apply for FISA warrants so they can do opposition research on Trump on behalf of tge DNC, since the DNC was forced to wipe their servers due to the hacking.
It all is very plausible.

Or Putin wants Trump in because it's in Russia's best interest, the Russians actually do hack the DNC and release the data and Trump's team may or may not have been in on it.
That seems much more plausible to me.

To be fair, I don't necessarily believe this was CIA. I do think it's plausible and I think the IC could've been doing it in an attempt to label Trump a Manchurian Candidate. The DNC Leaks were more embarrassing to the media than Hillary

Seth Rich turned up dead from a "robbery" where nothing was taken in the same week the leaks were made public. Is that not a little suspicious?

Because the typical logical American voter didn't really give a shite about trumps negatives. They wanted him, so that he would end corruption. I sense a major turn of political power really freaking soon. Even if the younger population is more "liberal", the logical young person knows how corrupt our system is along with killary...
