CIA has a dept. called "Memetics", used to weaponize Internet Memes.

The CIA has their own federal workers used to make Internet memes to propagandize the masses in "Psych warfare".
This basically means the govt. was making memes this past election and we kicked the CIA's arse with dank memes.

I don't usually agree with some of the PROGS on here, but I do in this situation.
That reads like your average high school student here in the states.. I surely hope that we have more highly educated leaders leading the pawn underlings in surveillance/military.

What percentage of voters really pay attention to any of these memes? 5-10%? Maybe? Most voters don't go onto political sites.
