This use by the courts as a readon to rule a certain way is pure crap. Just because one idiot judge made a bad ruling should not give another judge an excuse to make another stupid ruling.
It is like a kid telling his parents "well Johnny did it first." So stupid.

Let me guess, you have absolutely no law education, like not even business law.

Let me guess, you are an arsehole. Or a lawyer.
Damn fella, didn't say it wasn't allowed or used just that it was stupid. Lawyers and their ilk have twisted our laws to the point our country could barely function without those clowns. Look at our constitution and how they have taken a simple, easy to follow and interpret document and made it a mess that only a man learned of the law can understand. Supposedly. Gotta keep the masses ignorant you know.

I posted in a thread that you are very actively trolling. That's not gossiping, that's giving you the truth

Do cake decorators also inquire into whether or not you are getting married forth the second or third time? Whether you have committed adultery? Because as I am sure you are aware, Jesus had quite a bit to say about adultery and divorce. Homosexuality - not so much.
I don't think Christians should refuse service just because the customers are gay, but I do get the wedding situation, if their conscience won't allow it. I think who owns a business and has put their blood, sweat, and tears into it should be able to serve whoever they want and live with the consequences of their decisions.
And the Bible teaches that Jesus was around (pre-incarnate) before he became a man. It's possible that he was there when the 10 commandments were given to Moses. He certainly cared about the moral law and obeyed the civil and ceremonial law. Not having any quotes about homosexuality in red letters doesn't mean homosexuality is somehow OK. But I get what you're saying; sin is sin, and that includes adultery.
The reason homosexuality is harped on so much (or used to be) is because many of the other sexual sins were generally accepted in our culture where homosexuality wasn't. With the growing emphasis on acceptance of it, many Christians had to speak out against it more than other things. Christians should be speaking out against all sin, though. I'm definitely one of the worst sinners around, but that's no excuse to accept things that shouldn't be acceptable.

You have many options. Get a job that doesn't serve the general public. Do something besides cakes and wedding invitations.
If gay marriage is so taxing on your religious liberties, why isn't anyone bitching about serving adulterers or divorcees? Or people who eat shellfish? Or cut their hair? Wear mixed fabric?
Because if you aren't upset by these things then it's just plain bigotry.

Christians have been told for decades, "If a tv/radio show offends you change the channel and shut up about it."
Same needs to be said to the oh, so delicate homosexuals.
And every single time these perverts feigns offense and outrage. Seriously, does anybody really believe there's a shortage of homosexual cake/decorators/invite printers etc?

None of the above, just someone that knows that you can't change how the law is applied. Once a prescience is set it provides legal direction. If you don't rule consistently, you'll have a train wreck of a legal system.

You oh, so tolerant, sophisticated, misguided fool.
Where's your tolerance, where's your love, where's your openness to others beliefs/morals/ethics? Oh, wait...you have none. Aren't you people supposed to be tolerant?
Besides if the practice of my religion means I refuse to make a stupid cake for perverts, deal with it. Grow up & find a pervert-friendly cake maker.
BTW-the devil used scripture to tempt Jesus to fall. He(the devil) lost. And so will you. Bet you're sooooo very proud of the 2 Bible words you know, huh? Aren't you the apex of the put-upon poor little persecuted homosexual who just cannot show anyone any tolerance.

Those religious beliefs - and the practice of them - are actually PROTECTED by the Constitution:

So let me get this straight:
-the left wants to punish people for not rendering services to those they find offensive.
-All the while liberal designers refuse to provide a service to Melania Trump because they find her husband offensive.
-These designers are mad and retaliating because another women with an offensive husband wasn't elected president

see, this is why I am s glad that Trump will be appointing judges and not Ms Rodham
it's actually written into the Constitution that the gub-mint shall not infringe on my ability to practice my religion
can you maybe link up where in the Constitution that Nancies are guaranteed to purchase anyone's creative expression?
TIA

This thread needs to die and get off the top of the front page.
(And, yes, I realize I just put it right back up there.)
