Except it's illegal to receive stolen goods. Trump Jr. meeting with someone to obtain information isn't a crime. It's a false analogy.

What if you get a call to go to a certain place in the middle of the day and talk to someone who says they have knowledge someone else (who you don't like) has stolen goods? And then you get there and the person doesn't have any info about someone else stealing anything.
What do you have then?
