Can Trump shut down all football as unsafe?

As in some OSHA or regulatory decision that the effects i.e. concussions,injuries make the sport unsafe and he can order a halt to all games?

This is one of the snowflakiest things I've ever seen on this board, from either side, and that's a hell of a bar to get over. If a liberal had posted this two years ago, some conservative would still have it in their sig making fun of them
