They know Trump is about to cut their financial balls off for being a "sanctuary" state so they are going to try to make up for that shortfall by further soaking Californians.

As it should be, let their citizens pay for the stupid choices their legislators make.

I see your point. Those things are completely unavailable anywhere else.

Isn't California about to get hit with a massive rain. Like ten days straight or so? Their roads and dams could be in a world of trouble.

Maybe they want to get off of the federal teet.

You might want to check their economy vs ours before you insult them.

Well, since I live nowhere close to there, I don't think I am advocating for it. What I AM saying is that places like Savannah, GA, or many places in the Carolinas offer all that, along with local flavors that are amazing.

I have two BIL's that live in Venice Beach. Great place to visit. Would never live there. Parents-in-law live in Sacramento (and drive electric), and are just about fed up with all the taxes, sanctuary crap, and general "head in sand" culture.

Good. Tax them on the air they breathe. I want to see where their breaking point is.

Youngest son just moved from Sacramento & he said that Calif almost literally has a tax on everything in existence. He found out a new one when in looking to hire a moving company, the prices he was quoted all included a 8% sales tax.

I lived in Orange County for 5 years, as well as 6 other states, Coastal CA is easily the best place to live if money is no issue.

The weather is literally perfect, the scenary is unparalleled, and it is the home of 2 entire industries: software and film. There is no state with more natural resources, beauty, or diversity of economy.

The problem is it's filled with spoiled retards.
