Nice try. The Executive has the sole constitutional authority to regulate immigration. The bill of rights does not apply to non-citizens.

The ban, or the lawsuit? Pretty sure he'll find a reason to extend the ban, since we all know there's nothing he can do to 'extreme-ify' the vetting process more than it already is.
Considering every time this order has ended up in Court so far, it's lost in embarrassing fashion, maybe you should brush up on yours...

Let me know how that goes for you. If it's an Islam based EO, it's the worst Muslim ban ever considering it's a drop in the bucket relative to all the Muslim majority countries in the world.

It's a temporary 90 day ban on 7 countries with unstable governments that have ties to terrorists.

And under the 1968 INA no person can be excluded from an otherwise valid visa due to country of origin/residence.
Oops.
That's aside from the Establishment Clause issues raised by it.
