What the hell was that at the 02:04 mark?

Best I can tell, the moron hit the old dude harder than expected, and he went back to "check" on him. Not to make sure he was okay, mind you, but simply to make sure he wasn't looking at a possible murder rap.

The article is misleading. Location is the public parking at N Peters and Bienville, adjacent to Aquarium and Bienville station for the river-side street cars. Brazen attack for location and time. I could expect something like this further north up toward Rampart or east toward E Fields, but this is a game-changer for my future visits to NOLA.

New Orleans has NEVER been the US' most important city.

Hell, it wasn't the Confederacy's most important city either.

They shouldn't describe those people as anything before they are arrested.

They look like teenagers, not MEN.

Either way gross video and I hope they find and try those young men and that thy learn that this is not okay.

They were doing this when the statue was around so you can cut it with that stupid rhetoric. have a down vote.

Right by the Westin.

I remember the good old days when the NOPD was dirty and the criminals stayed away from the tourists because of it.

Things have changed. I guess I'll find a new place for weekend getaways and let our lease go after this year. To hell with it. I go on vacation to get away from the stresses of life, not to navigate an unsafe asphalt jungle.

The specific area is not that surprising. It's between two parking lots. If nobody is walking around but them, these criminals have multiple hiding spots.

Remember, regardless of what anyone tells you, there is no safe area in New Orleans.

I think they know but honestly, I don't think they know the ramifications. The bio psychological effects poverty and violence have on the young men is tremendous. They kids look no older than 18? That means they are Katrina babies most likely. Scientist are already showing that Katrina babies are a little bit off the scale.

Ive almost been robbed twice in New Orleans and I diverted both robberies without using a gun or force. Ive had a car vandalized too

I dont harbor any ill will towards the perps. Why do y'all harbor so much animosity and I can seemingly move past it?

I knew right from wrong at about age 3. My dogs learn it at 4 months. As for the Katrina baby excuse. I like that. It's new. The lead paint excuse was getting so old.
