What did Russia get from having a puppet in the Oval Office? That's the part that doesn't add up for me. Trump isn't doing anything Putin wants, so I have a hard time believing he's compromised.

Yeah, in the conference he cited these trolls as saying HRC was sick or something else or a certain place was being investigated (foundation?) and said it was all fake news. He led one to believe this caused HRC to lose.

I heard a little bit of this. Something about how they supposedly used Geo targeting in Michigan and other states that Trump won to spread fake news.
Apparently use dumbass Americans couldn't tell on our own that Hilary was a horrible candidate. We needed Russia's fake news to tell us. Give me a break.
Also, what about the deal that Tucker talked about with the WAPO guy in which he pointed out that Russia pays for advertising in that paper to spread fake news. Not sure if that is exaclty the case, but it is what I understood.
This whole Russian thing is so dumb.
