The real interesting part in this is that Iran can afford drones??
Posted on 6/20/17 at 9:01 am to The Pirate King
We gave them a lot of cash

It is a mistake to focus on regime change instead of solely destroying ISIS.
Will we ever learn our lesson on regime change? Has it ever actually worked?

Well there's that deal about pallets of cash a while back...

Didn't Iran capture one of our drones several years back?
Did they build their own based on our design?

The drone was believed to be Iran's Shahed 129, the only armed drone in the country's arsenal. - best line in the article

Iranian drone Armed and in striking distance of US Forces. Sounds like the drone committed suicide by F-18 if you ask me.

So...how does this whole "Petro Dollar" monetary system work?
I'm curious.

Start with researching fiat currency.

WW2 was defensive. Definitely wasn't something that we partook in with a change of leadership being the goal from the outset.
This mess we continue to try and carry out in the Middle East, with disastrous results every single time, is not the same thing as WW2

If I remember correctly it was around this time of that article that Russia, Iran and Syria wanted to start buying/selling oil with a different currency other than the Petro Dollar.
This is probably why we gave nukes and cash to Iran and sold 20% of our uranium rights to Russia.
