My problem is when they push their ideals on the rest of the nation and force the rest of us to obey.

And pray tell how in the world can they do that?

Communist Mayor

Have you looked at his and wifes' CVs as a politician and before hitting the offices he has won?

Holy shite. Are you serious?

Liberals like you aren't content with creating a model of existence out of their own place of residence. They push the agenda nationally. You cannot deny this with a straight face. Well, you could but you'd be lying.

there's no difference between progressive and communist

From an economic standpoint there is a difference as progressivism doesn't subscribe to a certain economic policy. But from the position of government power over individuals, progressivism and communism are eerily similar.

I was told that at a large teabagger rally, where we all wore white pointy hoods.

The goal of the "progress" is communism/socialism. They just do it over decades if they can't grab it all at once.

I don't think I've ever hated a politician more than I hate de Blasio. I seriously think the City will be in terrible shape once he's done.

I'm sorry but I'm ok with this. It will apparently take total collapse for some to see how bad the current direction is.

They're still blaming Republicans for ruining Detroit.

I shite you not. Why would anyone believe they'd blame a D for the degradation of NYC?

I have never understood the concept of irony and that song about it messed me up further.

Is this irony? :

Bill Clinton being near anything regarding "the truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth"

Slick Willy swearing in a man to be truthful.

Irony at its best.

Shouldn't a local or state judge be swearing in the new mayor?

BTW, I see DeBlasio fricking up NYC big time (think a communist version of David Dinkins).

That mayor is nuts. I'd hate to see what he has in store for that city.

It's an American city and we should care about other parts of our nation - especially the biggest cities?
