Are Trump Republicans the least secure base in politics?

As a Republican myself, I'm ashamed by the insecurities that I'm seeing from Trump cucks on this board.
This use to be a party built of tough minded intelligent thinkers. What happened?

ahh, the old "I'm a moderate republican" schtick.
Why do y'all lie?

I don't think it's insecurity. It's just a non-stop onslaught that his supporters have never seen the likes of. No matter what good he does for the country, there is just a constant drum beat of negative press, manufactured outrage, and attacks from all sides, even from within his own party. It's rather astonishing, actually.

This just means that they are pretty liberal but too embarrassed to call themselves a democrat.

When we vote for someone partly because they are not a part of the established two parties thats what you have. If you want a strong powerful base vote for the strong dem or pub candidate.

Tough minded my azz. The GOPe has been a weak minded bunch forever, run from every fight it seems. Trump fights the Media, the DIMs and the weak azz GOPe and I really don't know why sometimes. It would be so much easier for him to just fold and support the globalist, open boarder pols, and free traders at any cost pols but he hasn't yet and I don't think he will. We trumpkins are not insecure but we are not going to take no shet off anybody, that includes so called pubs..

You mean those folks that think that they are Republican, blindly following a man who just recently became a republican several years ago.
Yeah these folks are without a doubt the most insecure people in the political Spectrum.

If it were up to Trump supporters, you'd never have seen failure of an obamacare-repeal after 7yrs of promises. That kind of thing happens among a very insecure crowd, a crowd without roots or foundation. . . . A crowd of McCain, Murkowski, Collins, McConnell lovers.

In politics....no. Within the Republican party in general... Probably yes. But that's only because we are in power. If Romney had won, the far right would be just as bad.
