Are there any decent human beings in the Congressional Black Caucus

Admittedly I'm not familiar with all of them. But I can say this. Every last one that I am familiar with is brazenly unintelligent and most of them are pretty crappy human beings to boot
What the frick is wrong with the American black culture that this is the result when they have majority districts? Sure there are some awful White Congress people but the CBC appears to be batting a thousand
ETA as I say below. I work with a lot of black people and every last one of them would be the smartest person in the Congressional Black Caucus

I have never been able to put my finger on what I believe to be the main problem with the black community’s selection on leadership, but they certainly seem to go for a certain type.
