The CBO's estimate of the plan's effect on the number of uninsured Americans could influence whether Republican senators support it, as GOP leaders walk a thin line in trying to win the votes needed to pass their plan. The estimated growth in the number of uninsured Americans is slightly lower under the Senate plan than the bill that passed the House last month, which the CBO said would lead to 23 million fewer covered in 2026.

I'm assuming you're being sarcastic. 23 million uninsured doesn't equate to 23 million dying.

That said, it's still not a good bill. It needs a lot of tweaking to work, and honestly it's also got a long way to go before it will pass the Senate.

Why does the CBO characterize medicaid as insurance?

I don't know what the cities will do. But out here where I live we have tons of Turkey Vultures. They do quick clean up.

I don't know, man, but I do know this: nobody has ever successfully repealed any Freebie Program and I sincerely doubt that ObamaCare can be replaced by anything other than an equally big Freebie.

The electorate has been mentally conditioned to desire Socialism and The Government will oblige.

Average premiums for single individuals would rise by 20 percent and 10 percent in 2018 and 2019, respectively, according to the CBO. By 2026, average premiums in most of the country would drop about 20 percent.

Is that 20% and 10% increase on top of the increase that is already expected or is that total increase?

Same question for the decrease by 2026. Aint no way anyone should believe that premiums in 2026 are going to be 20% less than they are in 2017.

Because that's what the liberals, who work for the CBO, want you to think of Medicaid as insurance and not an overfunded and bloated Entitlement.

Obama had 8 yrs to place these people in the CBO.

Per Hannity and Larry Kudlow, the CBO is ALWAYS wrong - and by a lot.
