Fresno police say suspect in triple slaying told them he hates white people, shouted "God is great" before killings.

Authorities say Muhammad yelled "God is great" in Arabic while being taken into custody. Fresno Police Chief Jerry Dyer says he also told authorities he hates white people.

He shouted "Allahu Akbar," not "God is great"

I prefer that they put Aloha Snackbar if they are going to translate into English.

A Muslim killing in the name of his religion? Unheard of! The MSM not reporting on it accurately? Shocked!

I heard he was singing a medley of "Deep & Wide / I'll Fly Away / Amazing Grace".

Meh. I don't think anyone associates shouting God Is Great after a shooting spree with anything other than Muslim Extremists.

Agreed, but I do find it to be an odd editorial choice.

The attempt by the left media to associate the killing with a Christian instead of Muslim.

The fact that many white liberals or otherwise tuned-out individuals who might read this will immediately associate this with a Christian attack.

They aren't going to read the story further.

It's called manipulation and deception.

Well, it's actually 'God is greater' in Arabic. As in, 'God is greater than your god/government'.

Maybe, but it's a misquote and feels like those crime reports where the newspaper refuses to describe the suspect's race.

The AP has been long gone for a while now. Really sad. I think even Dr. Snipes would be upset to see this new low.

They are disgusting. They led the charge to be "culturally sensitive" and break their backs to spell terms as they appear in cultures.

Mumbai from Bombay is one example.

Yet they won't print the correct term of "Allah Akbar" from the outset?

Anglicizing words is racism, unless it's convenient.

I bet these limp-wristed pansies pronounce Hawaii with a hard "v."

Their problem nowadays is that they are just too obvious. Is it arrogance? frick them.

You guys posting in this thread need to check your dip sticks. I think you're a little low on fluids.

The article says the suspect said "God is good" in Arabic.

Even if they had left off the "in Arabic", I don't think the general public would think a Christian would yell out god is great while being arrested for killing someone.

And they did say "in Arabic", and they did say the guy's name was Kori Ali Muhammad, and they did say he was arrested for (among other charges) making terrorists threats.

They also said that the shooter was black and the 3 victims were white.

What else would you like?

I would have figured the guy who FEVERISHLY rushed to post about the white guy going to New York to kill a black guy would have been all over this.

What's wrong? I hope he isn't sick.

I don't know many Christians that say "God is Great"...in Arabic. I just don't see the confusion.
