They're 100% positive to test the waters, to see if the police will be spineless again.
If they meet actual resistance probably 90% of them will turn tail and run like cowards. They only act up when they know there will be no consequences, just like all spoiled children.
I'm sure a few of the more hardcore nutcases will try to cause trouble anyway and get their asses kicked and then claim to be victims.

I saw where Berkeley is taking out all the stops on prevention. I saw where they are even putting up a concrete barrier.
I don't know why, but my gut feeling is that before Milo comes, they will say cancel the speech due to prohibitive security costs, and cite the costs of putting up the concrete wall, extra police needed, etc... They'll hold up the bill for this speech by Shapiro of evidence that it just costs too much.

So far there has been 2 protesters arrested. One woman was arrested for having a sign made out of plywood and a second woman was arrested for spitting on a police officer.
No ANITFA people or protesters wearing a mask have been seen at the protest yet.
They are starting to let ticket holders into the event now.
Lots of police hanging around the area.

Milo's is in 10 days.
I saw a segment on Shapiro's today with the concrete barriers you speak of.
But, I heard they are leaving them up through out the week and these preparations are for both events.
