I didn't, glad I didn't have to see all the crybabies that don't even understand why they're taking a knee.

Not at all. Gave up ESPN Sportscenter last year because of politics. Still watch the college games on ESPN.

Seeing politics creep into College Game Day on Sat morning. About to give that up also.

“We will not stand for the injustice that has plagued people of color in this country. Out of love for our country and in honor of the sacrifices made on our behalf, we unite to oppose those that would deny out most basic freedoms.”

Who are these people of color? Looks like to me that there is only 1 color crying here?

Who is being denied their most basic freedoms? Doesn't our country provide 3 hots and cot, plus healthcare, plus cell phones, plus free school lunches...etc

I don't understand who they're talking about

“We hate that people are going to see it that we don’t respect the military, the men and women that are braver than us that go and put their life on the line…but we just wanted to send a message of unity and being together, and not standing for the disrespect…all of us want to send a message of unity, not just as a team but a fraternity of NFL players.”

He thinks it's because our feelings got hurt?

Oh yeah, I forgot to mention, I'm not a baby back bitch who gets easily triggered. I'm watching football because that's what I like to do. I don't give a shite about the kneeling one way or another. Even if the NFL puts their foot down banning this stuff and kap never gets a job, I'm still watching.

It's one of the benefits of not being a delicate snowflake. You should consider trying it.

“I think that it’s more powerful if each individual owner comes out and has something to say about this, but we are all together, we are all Americans, and it’s time for the racism and bigotry, for those things to go away. Those things have no place in society, no place in America, no place in any country, and that’s my two cents.”

Richard Sherman says it's about racism

ditto.

In the news...JayZ POS wore this on SNLive.

I DGAF what anybody says; the least we got out of Podesta's emails and then news reported afterwards-- is that JayZ practices the occult with that wiccan woman.

“I find that very alarming. This is the same guy who wouldn’t condemn violent Neo-Nazi’s but he’s condemning guys that are taking a knee during the national anthem”

Alex Smith thinks it's because Trump is a neo-nazi

Pro football has been such a huge part of my life for the last 20 years. For the first Sunday since I remember, I didn't watch a single snap.

It was glorious. I was productive, got a ton of shite done around the house, then took the wife out to dinner and a movie. It felt so good to disconnect from the NFL all the protests and politics.
