I hope him and Clarence Thomas go before the mid terms. Would guarantee a conservative court for years. Bonus if Ginsberg decides to go or croaks.

Been a lot of rumors he would retire at the end of this session, which ends at the end of the month.

And Kagan has voted with the conservatives over the liberals a few times. I would hardly categorize her as conservative. One vote doesn't change the general makeup of the court.

Other than Sebelius, Roberts has been pretty solid (and I don't care for Roberts)

Hopefully he retires and Ginsburg croaks. The leviathan growth of the federal government would be stymied for decades.

I know this. I was referring to the previous poster insinuating that Roberts is not a reliable conservative because he broke rank on one case.
