I don't think it's a stretch to think that people who use violence against those with whom they disagree would also support mass surveillance of the population to effectuate their "tolerant utopia."

Yea that was my reaction too. The drink moisture ring is a nice touch tough. Its a pretty weak manual. If that's legit, then they are even dumber than we already thought

IHMO, some legit ANTIFA person wrote this. It's likely a person who seeks to be someone with authority in ANTIFA.
ANTIFA is a de-centralized organization without any formal structure right now, so, I doubt that this document is some kind of "official/universal ANTIFA manual".
