Completely wrong. US law is very clear that the "best interests of the child" is paramount.
Bill Clinton made a judgment of moral equivalence and decided that the child's life in Cuba would be just as beneficial to the child as life in the USA. That child is now a totally brainwashed member of the Cult of Castro. He grew up under a regime of total indoctrination and his return to Cuba was Bill Clinton perpetrating an act of Child Abuse.
The best interests of the child would have been for him to grow up in the USA, not in a shite hole like Cuba.
