The AMA president just said on NPR.
Why?
Because the republican bill would allow people to purchase bare bones, minimal coverage.
THE HORROR!
Obviously the government must tell us what plans we are allowed to purchase.

Big Insurance smiles. The AMA is bought and paid for.

The American Medical association is a cartel

Doctors hate the AMA. Less than 15% of them believe the AMA represents their views.

As do ACS, AHA, March of Dimes, AHIP, BCBS, etc etc etc.
The only people who want this to pass are the rich, so they can get their tax cut.

Every organization listed is against the BCRA. Plus many others!
Not a single patient-advocacy or research agency supports this monstrous bill.

Can someone list the reputable organizations that have come out in favor of the bill?
Posted on 7/14/17 at 4:40 pm to CFBFAN1121
Why would medical sector orgs come out in favor of a bill that reduces the amount of money that flows into their coffers?
It's like Wall Street businesses that come out against progressive tax plans

No no no. These organizations, filled with people like BamaAtl, are doing purely for the good of the people.
Posted on 7/14/17 at 4:44 pm to LuckyTiger
Of course.
They are part of the collusion against the people.

I was a member for about 2 years because they gave out free books when you first join. Now I throw away "annual dues" notices about once a month.

It's down to about 15%. And not even all
their members believe the AMA is representing their views.

The idea of freedom is a Russian propaganda tool. Is that what you really want, comrade?
