An assertion is not necessarily a fact. One of those statements above is false. You can't have two contradictory statements that are both fact. What you should really say is this:
Propoganda: Obamacare is not in trouble, because enrollment has stabilized.
Fact: Obamacare is in trouble, because enrollment never got beyond 50% of target. And never actually provided coverage for everyone.

We've known from day one that the wall would be paid for with taxing remittances and tariffs and eliminating trade deficits with some form of new trade agreement.
