Again I ask...is Jong Un suicidal?

I made this point last week regarding Putin, which is Jong Un, like Putin, has more to lose on a personal level by poking and prodding the greatest military force the world has ever seen.
Will he and Putin posture and stick out their chests, absolutely. Will they actually cross the line and do something to provoke a first strike or counterstrike by the US, NOT A CHANCE.
People forget that these two essentially run their countries like their personal piggy banks. When push comes to shove they like their big houses, planes, cars, jewelry, living in luxury.
Neither is that down with the cause to risk their individual personal wealth.

Kim Jun Un is one thing; Putin is a mother freaking other.
He isn't prodding. He is smart and he is clever.
While we spend a gazillion dollars on military (a lot which will go to waste or be priced to the moon), Russia is redefining the nuclear first strike potential.
Putin knows his military isn't going to "compete" and he doesn't have the budget to keep up, but he has decided to pour the money into sophistication within Nuclear Weapons.
Read up on the new submarine they have that is giving people nightmares. My worry with Russia is that if Russia feels threatened they are going to incapacitate American communications by nuking important sites across the land and detonating an EMP.

I tried to make this point earlier. We know that Kim has nuclear weapons. He says he will use them if attacked. So anyone who would attack to knowingly provoke the use of nuclear weapons is crazy, right?
The present strategy of having Pence publicly warn North Korea that they should not risk a confrontation with Trump is a variation of the Reagan strategy with Russia. Back then we convinced Russia that Reagan was crazy enough to attack even knowing that it could bring about the end of the world. Russia backed down because Russia was rational and really didn't want Armageddon, it just wanted respect and to not be pushed around.
With Kim, the tables are a bit turned. If anyone in the game is truly crazy, it is the little dictator in North Korea. Pence will not be able to convince North Korea that Trump is crazier than Kim, so they better back down.
I think Kim might actually choose suicide over backing down. He may actually be nuts.

Kim is not suicidal, he's just crazy. He knows he will be killed within 24 hours if his regime gets taken over. Which is why he has the use the threat of nuclear force. It buys him time on this earth. The scary part is, is that he crazy and might actually try to start a nuclear war. He knows he is going to die regardless.

He has some kind of health problems that is for sure. This could make him unpredictable. He is a heavy smoker as well and unlike Putin he is in terrible shape. I don't think he lives long and this may make NK even more unstable.

He believes, and rightly so, that nk threat to the population of Seoule protects him from attack. If we are truly moving 2 more carrier battle groups to him. China may have to do something, because their economy would tank with the quickness if this thing turned shooting ugly. Ours seems to thrive during and just after a bigly war, funny how that works.

I actually feel sorry for the people of NK that had the great misfortune to be born there.
If Lil' Kim were to give up his Nuclear Program and step down,aid would flow in and the people could eat their fill for the 1st time in their life.
But he's not hungry.He's fat in a Nation of starving people.
The crazy Bastard thinks the way to respect is through saber rattling.All the while his Country becomes more isolated,poorer,and hungrier.
I can't believe someone hasn't "suicided" him.
