This is what's so frustrating about the medias coverage of this. They ignored what was obviously troubling coded language in emails and focused on the outlandish theories people made with comet pizza.
They knew exactly what they were doing. They wanted to ostracize anyone who was troubled by the emails as nutjobs to the public and to make rational people who read the emails and were troubled feel like they themselves were crazy
