Might or might not have been Soros, but the Occupy Wall Street goons were also paid and put up in hotels. A reporter went out in the middle of the night with a thermal camera to check the tents and 99% of the tents were empty every night. Some admitted they were paid to protest and hotel rooms were paid for.

Many BLM folks were paid and outside agitators were bused in to lead them.

Sometimes they bus these type folks in in large numbers and other times they bus in smaller groups to rile up larger numbers of low information voters.
