I'm guessing everyone associated in the transaction is a trafficker, so the sellers, the buyers, the protection, the deliverers are all traffickers.

If you read the article, the operation that they talk about was nation-wide. Myrtle Beach was just part of it.

They found 84 kids in 2 SC cities alone. Let that sink in.
Human trafficking is a real problem world wide including the US. This shite needs to end. Slavery still exists in the US and this is it. We need to hunt these bastards down who do this to children and kill them all.....slowly.
