So you agree Obamacare is a complete disaster and the GOP does have a plan that is better, but senate rules stop it from passing.
It's a major loss for America at the end of the day, but not because this bill didn't go to vote today.

Yep, the GOP is a disaster for the most part (not quite on par with the democrats yet), but they all make a great case for term limits. That should be priority #1.
