I read this as 50 STATUES per town at first, & thought "damn, Chi-town didn't waste any time immortalizing Obama" . 50 seemed excessive

The people taking over these parts of cities are giving black people a bad image. Just like in other groups the good have to suffer for the bad.

Arguing for the many safe spots of the city is an irrational justification. There are few Tier 1 cities in Western Civilzation as dangerous as Chicago and many of the same city leaders governing the safe areas also govern the dangerous ones. Something is incredibly wrong with the City of Chicago and its leadership, if you can call it that.
