What does that tell us?
As others have said, D.C. is sucking the wealth and life out of this country. Others have compared it to seat of power in The Hunger Games.
What's it going to take to really, I mean really, drain the swamp that is Washington, D.C. .... something has gotta give.
Will Trump get'er done?
4 outta 5 of the wealthiest counties in the entire United States of America .... WTF.

Aptly so.
Cut government programs. Send the tax money back to the people.
Local control wherever possible. Use the Constitution as it was intended to ensure equal rights, and leave the rest to the people.

Move the capital to Kansas.
Let Bumfrick, KS have a day or two with the money.

Audit all Government spending and cut back on wasteless spending. Demolish or at least let citizens know what is actually going on with the federal reserve. Erradicate anyone who stands in the way of doing say. etc.. Profit?

This is surprising to you?

There are 15 Fortune 500 companies in the DC Metro. That doesn't hurt them.

We really should start moving things that don't need to be in Washington out to St. Louis, Memphis, Oklahoma City, Salt Lake City, Little Rock, Baton Rouge, Milwaukee etc. It's much cheaper to live there and they could use the investment. It's also centrally located and with high speed internet, there's no reason they'll even need as much office space.
Department of Interior
Department of Treasury
HHS
Homeland Security
Veterans Administration
Department of Agriculture
Environmental Protection Agency
etc.
They should be spread out all over the place IMO.

That's actually not a bad idea.

As someone who lives in these counties: it's all because lots of people work for the Federal Govt which pays govt workers very well for positions that would earn a lot less in other parts of the country.
Also, there are tons of government contracting firms surrounding the area that get massive amounts of Federal dollars to do whatever the company specializes in.
Lastly, we weren't affected by the housing crisis as hard as the rest of the country because so few people lost their jobs since so many jobs are tied to the govt.
