3 teenagers charged with murder of 6 year old in Jackson

Very disturbing story out of my home state of Mississippi. A six year boy is dead the day before he was set to graduate from kindergarten. Three Jackson teens have been arrested and charged with carjacking, kidnapping and Capital murder.
I know many on here are against the death penalty, but the cold blooded killing of a 6 year old defenseless child is beyond fathomable.

The mother should be tried as well for leaving a 6 yo in a car in a parking lot at 1:00 a.m. in the morning.

Probably in on it. I would imagine that this was a poorly thought out way to get rid of her child. Everyone involved should be executed.

2:30 a.m. - A Hinds County Deputy saw a woman coming out of Kroger and she said that her car was missing.
4:31 a.m. - MBI issues an Amber Alert for Kingston Frazier.
I do have to say this timeline is strange. The mom goes to Kroger with her 6 year old at 1:15am. She leaves the car running with him in it, because she is just running in to get a few things, but doesn't come out until 2:30am. She initially only said that her car was missing. Police didn't find out that a child was in the car until later, which is why the amber alert wasn't issued until 4:30am.

If she is, one of the teenagers will break and she will be charged...
However, regardless of whether she was involved in some sort of plot of rid herself of a child, she does bear responsibility in what happened to her child and should be charged - this is no different than a parent leaving a child in a hot car without intent... Her negligence is just as much a factor here...
