I'm sure one guy posted it and it ended up on every other LSU site within 5 minutes without anyone given credit to the other guy.

Every site has them.
I've actually been on the Rant since 2002, when Chicken first got this thing started with a goal to become the #1 LSU forum within 3 years. Only a handful of people were posting back then: LSUAlum2001, SECond2None, etc..

Originally, you didn't have to register a username. In an effort to weed out trash, Chicken switched to a registration site sometime in 2003. I had another username which was registered sometime in 2003, which is basically retired.
