Is Kevin Faulk still in the NFL?

He is not listed on New England's depth chart. I know he has an offseason arrest, but I never heard that he retired or was cut bu NE.

Last week it was reported that he was suspended for violation of drug use policy (marijuana)... have not seen anything new since then
