Fantasy Football question re: Shaun Alexander

If this is the wrong board, mea culpa, etc.
I'm in a fantasy keeper league and own Alexander. Question is whether there is any reason I should even think about keeping him. Is he completely done? I find it hard to believe that an All-Pro, MVP back from just two years ago can be completely worthless this quickly, but that looks like what has happened. Were his injuries last year just that severe?

he is not even on a team right now. Do not keep him unless you are choosing between him and Priest Holmes.
