Looking for new foods to bring to LSU stadium for the vendors this 08 season. Only one rule, please do NOT use this thread for griping about the prices, LSU sets them, the vendors do not.
So far:
Jambalaya
Funnel Cakes
Fried Oreos
Fried Pickles
Turkey Legs
Hamburgers
Drinks

Lets hear what you wanna eat !!!!!

Dear Opie,

MAKE FUNNEL CAKES HAPPEN! My wife would be eternally grateful.

Realistically, they're a pain in the arse to do so something like meat pies would be good.

Crawfish boudin balls, get Dempsey's recipe.

Fried Cheese, get Dempsey's or Sammy's recipe.

Pasta Jambalaya, get Calendar's recipe.

Larry Wallace, director of concessions. His office is inside tiger stadium.

Word of advice, have your 5 million dollar policy already lined up.

Take oreo cookies, dip into funnel cake batter, then fry them up. Cover with powdered sugar and choc sauce. The cookie and cream melts into a devil food like goo, that is amazingly awesome when you bite into it.

some type of "backyard grill" style hamburger...I'm talking a half pound or so of meat with some seasoning and a good smoky flavor...

they could grill them all before hand and just heat them at game time...might even be able to have some cheddar cheese and pre-grilled onions available...
