I've heard this is not so uncommon
I was listening to the radio recently and a guy from the U.S. Military was on the show and mentioned that some of the Iraqis that were helping them started masturbating on a train in front of some women (I think this was somewhere in Europe)
Has anyone else heard something similar?

Never saw that once. I will say that man-boy thing is true, but I never saw the masturbation or heard that from anyone.

I suspect it has more to do with the lack of an extradition treaty with the US than anything else. Same reason criminal Jews go to israel, you can't get them out.

Never saw that while in Saudi @ Khobar towers seeing homsexual acts in an area we called "muffler alley" was a regular thing to see also saw one guy taking a bath in the piss trough in the mall and saw one guy when we went to Bahrain on a drinking trip lift up his dress and shite in the street
