I'm gonna rile some people up, but IMHO

James>Faulk

Not by much, but he ran down WR Roy Williams and led the team in tackles after moving positions and was the unquestioned leader of the "James Gang".

Bradie James.

Faulk was no where near physical enough even in college and that is why he never cut it in the Sunday League.

Definately Bradie James and Trev Faulk especially when they played together. They dominated everyone

Wake up ranters; how many linebackers at LSU were two time All-Americans? You can't talk about the best in general terms without mentioning Warren Capone!!!

Because he was probably the smartest, toughest, and most fundamentally sound LB that LSU has ever had. He was always in the right place, and make a HUGE difference on the team's success when he played. I love that guy to death, and I've never even met him.

+1.

I loved Allen Stansberry. He always had those big Mike Singletary eyes while he roamed around behind the D-line. To this day he is STILL my all time favorite LSU Tiger. Crazy, I know, but that's how I feel.

I don't know how that would rile people up... I think that they were certainly comparable while in college, but Bradie was clearly a more complete linebacker, and starts for/leads a pretty good Dallas defense.
