There is a good place in Grand Isle (or maybe Fouchon) at this marina. Someone on here probably knows the name.

Charlie's is actually in Killian? I've been saying it was just west of Springfield. Didn't know it was Killian. But, I love the place.

The Crab Trap and the Peavine Snack Shack....right by each other near the Peavine boat launch in Frenier. The freshest fried and boiled seafood i have had in a while. Try the bbq crabs at the crab trap. they are ridiculously good.

Val's is good, Kevin's is ok. Kevin's lost something when they moved from Hwy 22.

Hilltop (on the Diversion) has very good fried seafood, IMO the best fried jumbo shrimp I have ever eaten. Service is just a tad better than fair, but if you know that going in...

That would be Des Allemands. Might as well say outside Raceland, wouldn't call Des Allemands outside of Houma by any means.

When they are on their game, best catfish in the state!

Will Peavine reopen? I was told they shut down and drove by myself to confirm. Haven't been to Crab Trap yet...

Joe's Dreyfus - Livonia, La IMO is deserving(and perhaps better than before)...

Not sure Billy's would be considered a 'restaurant' ... but excellent boudin!

Lea's pie
