Trying to put together the menu for our tailgating krewe for this coming season, and I need a good pastalaya recipe that can feed a crowd of about 20 people. What ya got?

Be sure and use the A-1, like it calls for. I've made it a # of times. I freeze the leftovers in ziplock bags.

just a suggestion something i have been doing with my pastalaya's lately is using Temple meat instead of boston butt. The meat is so tender when it is done and has great taste.
