they werent even going to have to buy out RR. He found a way around that.

All contracts today don't mean a damn thing. They will always find a way out of or around something.

Yes they do, or they wouldn't be in the contract...it's a deterrent from other colleges poaching your coach, but more importantly it serves as an insurance policy when he does.

Also a part of RRs contract said that WVA will break ground to begin new facilities by the end of the year and they didnt so the buyout was nullified.
