"high profile players require high profile enforcement". I'm sure this will be dealt with swiftly and harshly.

You serious? If the CEO of BMW gives you a car, you're good to go. If Stewert the janitor gives you the car you've just stolen it. C'mon dude.

No. J Stew stole it. You're in possession of stolen goods. Let's get our accusations correct.

If you know before you meet him to collect the stolen goods, that he's stolen them and in no way shape or form in position to give away free BMW products, you've stolen.

I don't care that he did it though. I'm more worried about Harbaugh and the other guy having to force him to not conceal what all he's done. And he lied about it when he himself knew that Harbaugh knows the truth. That's some psychotic behavior.

Of course. But if Publix sock boy tells you that you don't need to pay for this that is completely different. That isn't you stealing, that is you getting a free product

Because if the grocery store employee gives you something and doesn't OK it with management, it's called stealing.

It's only stealing on the employee's part. Trying to put any blame on a "customer" for receiving free goods from an employee is not really appropriate.

Uhhh, if all the paper work is order then you certainly aren't stealing.

He's quoted saying he met some dude who said he'd hook him up with free food whenever he came in.

That's stealing. No different than if a Best Buy employee out an Xbox out back and you swung by and picked it up for free.

ETA: I don't give 2 shits that he did any of this stuff. But I find it funny that y'all paint him as a victim for walking out of Publix with food he didn't pay for.

I like how the Michigan coaches get real close whenever he starts saying he got it for free

"Yeah, please tell us on national tv about the violations Florida state would be liable for...please go into deep detail Jameis...I'm your friend only trying to help (you screw FSU into an NCAA investigation)..."

Why are you choosing an example where its virtually impossible to gift a car, even for the CEO? You would need all kinds of paperwork and a title transfer? Use a comparable example. Food being given away. Since that's exactly what it is.

I was more surprised at how vulgar Harbaugh was and less of how dumb Jamie was

So if you're at a restaurant and a waiter hooks it up with free bread sticks, it's stealing (w/o management's knowledge)?

Shiiiit.

I think we've all had friends hook it up with free food. That's why I think these threads are hilarious
