136/92. was 183/102 before Christmas and my Dr flipped his lid. I'm only 30 and im not overweight. I eat terrible but i stay pretty active. He told me to cut out fried foods and cokes, tea. I did that and started walking a couple of hours a week. dropped it over over 45 points in 6 weeks with no meds.

It's been about a month, but my last was 101/60. And that's around my normal blood pressure.
Top number is usually between 95-105 and bottom number is normally between 50-60. I assume that's fine as my dr has never commented on it.

It did get really low during both pregnancies though.

Cardio is the key.

Mine was hovering around 125/85 about a year ago.

Why do so many people feel that exercise is more important than eating a healthy diet?

Take care of this:

quote:

5'9 195lbs

And you won't need this:

combo of meds. ARBs/HCTZ combo

Actually work out 3-4x week and eat fairly healthy. Been that way since i was 23. Just one of those things. Been on ARBs since then. Just recently got put on diuretics to combo w it.
