Exactly. For me, this commitment cements this roster as a NCAA Tournament team for years to come. I was worried about our perimeter players all leaving after next year, but now I feel really good about this team moving forward past next year.
I'm glad we made Sampson a priority after his de-commitment. This isn't a sign that we aren't signing Newman (though I doubt we are). Sampson has been a take since day 1. Just glad we got him.
