Facebook help: how to stop new cover photo from showing in news feed

Whenever I change the cover photo on my Facebook Business Page, it automatically posts to the news feeds of people who have liked my page. How do I prevent that from happening?

Is not just like a picture? Click on the down arrow top right of the pic and choose hide from timeline?

How do you stop the recent people you messaged from showing up at the top of your messenger?

The best way to fix this is to delete you Facebook account
