Best buy warranty question

I have a small 26in insignia TV that I filed a warranty claim last year on. It was inside of a year and they fixed it no charge. I now have another issue with the TV where the picture is faded with lines in it on one side of the TV (same side as before). Will they honor this one too as its within a year of the last fix or am I SOL?

I worked for geek squad for 2 years.
They will fix it for free if your warranty is still active. Check your paperwork.
If it's not active they will still fix it. You will pay a "diagnostic" fee up front and they will ship it off. They'll give you a full quote a week later.
If you accept the quote, the diagnostic fee will go towards the final price, if you decline they will ship it back unrepaired. You will not get the diagnostic fee back.

It's an insignia brand tv. Throw it away after they tell you it can't be fixed there.

Thx man. I'm just kinda pissed cause it's a similar problem they "fixed" last year. I'll see what they say. TV only runs about $170 these days.

If you just tell them that you're unhappy with the TV due to the same problem, they will give you a gift card in the amount of what you paid for the tv in the first place. Then you can put that towards a better tv. They will do this since you bought the warranty.
