Can I return a roku back to walmart wit a reciept?

Typically this doesn't apply to shrink wrap/plastic casing that's not the box (things that, while part of the packaging, can't be put back on once they are taken off). It may. Try calling your local Wal mart where you purchased the product. But so long as you've got the box, instruction manuals, cardboard inserts, etc, they'll likely refund your money. If not, worst case is that you can sell it on Craigslist or Ebay for just a little less than you paid for it. People buy the heck out of those things, especially now in the (potential) height of this cord-cutting craze.
