No more than stray dogs need to be killed. Unless an animal is attacking you, spreading disease or you plan on eating it then what right is there in killing it? They have a right to live too.

see I believe she knew it was feral and that it was a tom cat, ya know because she was a vet.
feral dogs and cats are killed all the time because they are a pain in the arse. but what you don't know or see doesn't hurt you. oh and there's lots of feral hogs killed all the time too.
