note 4 voicemail pin - AT&T

Trying to set up voicemail but I only see an option for virtual voicemail. I open it up and says enter pin. I never set one up so I call to reset it. They send another pin to try and it still says incorrect pin.
Anyone has/had this problem and fixed it?

How long have you had a cell phone? My voicemail PIN has been the same for almost 20 years.
